Shifting to today in 2020 I’m doing the best I can to remain calm and positive while the craziness of the world is going on and challenges for those I love are difficult. These life things are so impactful on our health so it is imperative we have tools in our toolbox to protect our bodies and minds. I hope you are implementing all of your coping strategies to their full force right now. The stresses of life are constant although thankfully typically cyclical but right now I think the entire world is holding their collective breath. Stay strong, stand tall, and no matter what happens ~ we’ll all be ok. xO
