There is in fact a Fortune Apple!
I thought it would be the perfect follow up to yesterday’s Pink Lady. The fortune apple is a crisp and spicy apple and is actually red in color not green – now that seems silly to me!

Day 168 was created in mixed media. The background has a copper metallic paint that hints at the fortune behind this pretty little apple.

Mirelle – the colorful ones are my favorite. I wish so much that the scans of my apples really showed the vibrancy – they loose something on the computer. Maybe I’ll try photographing them instead. xox Jenna
