We are a baseball family. Although our Colorado Rockies haven’t been able to recreate Rocktober of 2007 we still love them – and there’s always next year – right?
So this apple is because tonight is the first game in the 2010 World Series – for all you baseball fans!

um, I read the comments, too. Apparently, the D-backs are becoming the Rockies – west. Bob Gephart, Jerry Dipito, now don Baylor as hitting coach and Eric Young – oh, and Mr. Brogna came up as a Tiger. I was a huge Tiger fan growing up (1968, anyone? McClain, Lolich, Freehan behind the plate. Beating bullet Bob Gibson and the Cardinals in 7 (throwing to Tim McCarver, who is announcing the World Series as we speak. Talk about closing the circle.)) But I digress…
