Life just moved along today.
Nothing startling but good news, bad news. Laughter and tears. Thank you to my friends and family (both my family family, and my AS family) for sharing this ride with me.
I could not ask for more – you are all very important to me.
I keep having these moments of reflection about this past year. The days are going by so quickly right now and I have so much to process and figure out and wonder about what comes next!

Such a happy apple! I’m wondering what you’re gonna do next too. 🙂 You will have completed such a monumental, life altering feat! How about just resting and reflecting for awhile? The next thing will just appear to you at some point….no need to search for it.xo
Melissa: I think you are right – the next thing will appear. I hope Jenna takes some time to rest and relax and focus on herself for a bit.
…and I agree with both Doug and Melissa. Take some time off to just BE. Both you, and your family deserve it.
I so look forward to that… the plan right now is to leave NYC and drive north to Maine. Mom and I are going to spend a few weeks doing things we’ve always wanted to do but never had the time. There is an Edward Hopper exhibit at Bowdoin College that I’d love to see – and the list of art museums in Maine that I’ve not been to is huge! We are going to spend some time on Vinalhaven too – just unplugging and relaxing. I cannot wait!
oh and I also wanted to add….”30 days hath September…”
