Starting March 1st, 2013 the second annual “Walk our AS’s off!” begins for another year of fun!
We can get moving too! Let’s have some fun and do something good for ourselves at the same time. We need to stay active to keep our joints working as well as possible. Most people with Spondylitis benefit from regular exercise. The trick is that we don’t do too much. Walking is a fantastic form of low impact exercise – so let’s get moving!
